About the role

The Global Treasury Services team is a dedicated and market-leading national practice, supported by treasury professionals in a diverse range of areas. We serve a wide array of clients, including public and private businesses, financial services organizations, and the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and manage delivery teams using your treasury process experience.
  • Play a leading role in shaping treasury solutions for our clients.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to staff and serve as the point person for Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
  • Implement and optimize Kyriba solutions to support client treasury operations.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other EY functions to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) certification and experience implementing Kyriba.
  • Strong hands-on technical expertise across Kyriba modules, including cash positioning, liquidity management, bank connectivity, reporting, and analytics.
  • A solid understanding of treasury operations and processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Desire and ability to work closely with engagement teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in accounting, finance, financial engineering, economics, information technology, information systems, engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • Achieved or working towards a professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or other relevant qualification.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, a pension plan, and a 401(k) plan. Individual salaries within the specified ranges are determined based on various factors including education, experience, and location.

Pay

The base salary range for this role in the United States is $97,300 to $178,300. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $116,700 to $202,600.

Schedule

We offer a flexible vacation policy where you decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances. Additionally, you'll be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
