You will perform complex testing and troubleshooting of aerospace systems and components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This role supports product development and maintains operational excellence in testing processes. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and work on-site in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed testing and analysis of aerospace components and systems to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during testing phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test procedures and enhance product quality.
  • Document test results accurately and maintain test equipment in optimal condition.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

You must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace testing or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace test equipment and procedures, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex aerospace systems and identifying root causes of failures.
  • Experience with test data acquisition systems and software tools used in aerospace testing environments.
  • Ability to maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Aerospace Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with automated test systems and scripting languages to enhance test processes.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
