About the role
Paradigm Max Q is seeking a highly experienced Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) / Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the United States Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) Directorate of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection (A4) in advancing F-35 sustainment readiness through expertise in ALIS, ODIN, and associated cyber sustainment activities.
Responsibilities
- ALIS/ODIN Sustainment & Operational Support
- Serve as the senior logistics advisor supporting ACC initiatives involving F-35 ALIS and ODIN sustainment capabilities.
- Assess system performance, logistics support requirements, data integrity, and operational impacts to fleet readiness.
- Evaluate sustainment processes supporting transition, modernization, and operation of ODIN capabilities.
- Support long-term sustainment strategies for ALIS and ODIN operational environments.
- Cyber Sustainment & Readiness Integration
- Provide expertise regarding cyber sustainment requirements impacting F-35 operational readiness.
- Assess cybersecurity risks and sustainment dependencies affecting mission performance.
- Coordinate with cyber operations, logistics organizations, system administrators, and program stakeholders.
- Evaluate impacts of cyber-related outages, software updates, and modernization efforts.
- F-35 Readiness Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze readiness indicators, mission capability trends, logistics system effectiveness, and sustainment metrics.
- Assess impacts of ALIS and ODIN performance on aircraft availability.
- Develop recommendations to improve supportability, operational readiness, and sustainment efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 12+ years supporting DoD logistics, sustainment, cyber operations, or weapon system support activities.
- Experience supporting F-35 ALIS, ODIN, logistics information systems, or related sustainment platforms.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of logistics, sustainment, cyber operations, or readiness experience.
- Direct experience supporting F-35 ALIS and/or ODIN operational environments.
- Experience supporting ACC, Air Staff, MAJCOM headquarters, Program Executive Offices, or F-35 sustainment organizations.
- CISSP, Security+, PMP, CPL, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or DAWIA credentials.

Pay
Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually (DMV market). Compensation is determined based on the employee's primary work location, applicable labor market, experience, education, certifications, security clearance, and other job-related factors. Candidates working outside the DMV may receive a different salary range consistent with local market conditions and applicable law.
