Responsibilities
- Project management
- Development of data-driven solutions
- Driving recommendations that influence programmatic and financial decisions
- Investigate and prepare business case analyses for proposed sustainment cost-reduction initiatives
- Cookordination of multi-functional teams to develop required inputs for analyses and deliverables
- Evaluate complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making and insight generation
- Create and implement strategies for automation to enhance process quality, efficiency, and repeatability
- Support selection, monitoring, and control of sustainment affordability projects
- (as applicable) Organize data collection and develop contracted government deliverables
- Provide cost and schedule management support to ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and program financial analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of project/program management, general business management, sustainment operations and/or strategic planning experience is required or with an advanced degree and 3 years of the same experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior CAM experience is a big plus
- Financial analysis or business case experience on major initiatives
- Familiarity with Military Engine maintenance activities and concepts
- Understanding of F135 operations & support
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation and data management/analysis skills
- Prior experience with Digital Tools (e.g., PowerBI)
