F135 Sustainment Affordability Analyst (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Development of data-driven solutions
• Driving recommendations that influence programmatic and financial decisions
• Investigate and prepare business case analyses for proposed sustainment cost-reduction initiatives
• Cookordination of multi-functional teams to develop required inputs for analyses and deliverables
• Evaluate complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making and insight generation
• Create and implement strategies for automation to enhance process quality, efficiency, and repeatability
• Support selection, monitoring, and control of sustainment affordability projects
• (as applicable) Organize data collection and develop contracted government deliverables
• Provide cost and schedule management support to ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and program financial analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of project/program management, general business management, sustainment operations and/or strategic planning experience is required or with an advanced degree and 3 years of the same experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior CAM experience is a big plus
• Financial analysis or business case experience on major initiatives
• Familiarity with Military Engine maintenance activities and concepts
• Understanding of F135 operations & support
• Strong communication, influencing, presentation and data management/analysis skills
• Prior experience with Digital Tools (e.g., PowerBI)
