What You Will Do
- Subject Matter Expert on Jet Engine Maintenance Management Application (JEMMA)
- Ensure international customer engine tracking data is correct within JEMMA, identify discrepancies, and provide recommended corrective actions
- Conduct the JEMMA In-Country Engine Health Monitor Annual Comprehensive Review (ICEMACHR), requiring international travel 5-6 times a year
- Assist Senior Program Managers (SPM), Engineering Design and Fabrication (ED&F), and Configuration Engineers (CSE) on international engine management issues such as configuration, life usage, life limits, inspections, overhauls, TCTO, and historical issues
- Work closely with Global Trade Compliance to ensure export compliance for licenses/agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of data or program management experience
- Advanced degree with 5 years of data or program management experience
- 2 years experience in Engine Management
- 1 year experience with military engines, their support systems, and use of Technical Order Data (TOD)
- 5 years experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, and U.S. Citizenship
We Prefer
- Familiarity working with large data sets and complex data analysis
- Experience with Data storytelling, communicating actionable insights using data, especially for a non-technical audience
- Experience resolving data issues with customers, especially foreign militaries
- Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components
- 2 years experience with F100 engine, its support systems, and use of Technical Order Data (TOD)
- Scripting experience with Python, R, or VBA
