McCartney Produce, a FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring Endorsement F Route Delivery Drivers in Memphis, TN. Drivers will haul fresh fruits and vegetables to valued partners with the goal of feeding the Midwest. Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to partners within a 170-mile radius of Memphis, TN
• Complete 18–22 stops per day
• Handle touch freight using a dolly and hand jack
• Operate late-model straight trucks (automatic and manual transmissions available)
• Adapt to route changes as needed

Pay

• Average annual earnings: $52,000 – $67,000
• Average weekly earnings: $1,045 – $1,330
• Hourly rate starting at $19.00/hour with 50–60 hours per week
• Driver incentive: $20.00 per day after 60 days if all requirements are met
• Layover pay: $100 for each overnight (emergency cases only); hotel accommodations provided if no sleeper on truck
• Weekly direct deposit

Schedule

• Home daily
• Monday–Saturday, 5-day workweek (off Sunday and one other day during the week)
• Shift starts between 4:00 am – 5:00 am; runs are 10–12 hours long
• Route: within 170-mile radius of Memphis, TN
• Day shift preferred

Requirements

• At least 22 years of age
• F endorsement required (unless you live in Mississippi); CDL Class C or B holders encouraged to apply
• 1 year of truck driving experience preferred but not required; new graduates welcome
• No more than 1 moving violation or 1 preventable accident in the last year
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Location

Drivers must live within 40 miles of Memphis, TN, or be willing to relocate. Work location is on the road.
