About the Role

You'll help oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations while supporting your team and ensuring guests receive attentive, professional service. You'll work closely with management to maintain high standards, improve operations, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate food and beverage team members
• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations
• Train and develop employees on service standards and procedures
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve questions or concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting dining areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A positive, guest-focused approach
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
