About the role
Drift Santa Barbara is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead their food and beverage program, including Dawn, their daytime café, Dusk, their cocktail bar, and all on-property events and programming.
Working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team, you'll oversee daily operations, develop and coach the team, elevate the guest experience, and ensure every service reflects the Drift brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of Dawn, Dusk, and all food and beverage programming.
- Oversee private events, activations, and special programming.
- Coach, develop, and inspire the food and beverage team.
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
- Maintain exceptional service, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Partner with hotel leadership to create memorable guest experiences and drive revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of food and beverage management experience in hotels, restaurants, or boutique hospitality.
- Experience leading restaurant, bar, café, and event operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, and purchasing.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams and being present during service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 78,000 - 82,000 USD per year(Drift Santa Barbara)
