Responsibilities
- Promptly and efficiently serve beverage orders to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards.
- Show knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.
- Be knowledgeable about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and stay updated on new drink trends.
- Monitor guests' needs continuously and fulfill all requests promptly.
- Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
- Maintain awareness of guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
- Assist other food and beverage team members with tasks such as side work and opening/closing duties.
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other casino personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.
- Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.).
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.
- Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.
Qualifications
- Walking 30% of the time.
- Standing 60% of the time.
- Bending and lifting 10% of the time.
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- High noise level environment.
Skills
