Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards. Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service to casino guests following HCPN policies and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of PLCB and Responsible Gaming (RG) standards.
• Stay informed about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including new drink trends.
• Monitor guests' needs continuously and fulfill requests promptly.
• Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
• Monitor guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
• Assist other food and beverage team members with side work, opening/closing duties, and general maintenance.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to common guest inquiries or complaints courteously.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to solve practical problems in a positive manner.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a POS system.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Must obtain RAMP certification.

Physical Demands

• Walking: 30% of the time.
• Standing: 60% of the time.
• Bending and lifting: 10% of the time.
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Smoking environment in guest areas; non-smoking for employees except in designated areas.

Pay

Starting salary: $13.00 per hour, plus tips.
