About the role
Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team driven by enthusiasm for helping people find and have more fun. Responsibilities
- Provide beverage service to casino guests following HCPN policies and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of PLCB and Responsible Gaming (RG) standards.
- Stay informed about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including new drink trends.
- Monitor guests' needs continuously and fulfill requests promptly.
- Accurately and efficiently use the POS system.
- Monitor guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.
- Assist other food and beverage team members with side work, opening/closing duties, and general maintenance.
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to respond to common guest inquiries or complaints courteously.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to solve practical problems in a positive manner.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, oral, etc.).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a POS system.
- Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
- Must obtain RAMP certification.
Physical Demands
- Walking: 30% of the time.
- Standing: 60% of the time.
- Bending and lifting: 10% of the time.
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Smoking environment in guest areas; non-smoking for employees except in designated areas.

Pay
Starting salary: $13.00 per hour, plus tips.
