F&A Consulting Lead

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects to solve business problem areas and create solutions to drive transformation.
• Demonstrated creative thinking to come up with art of the possible and build solutions using AI \ ML tech along with familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI, SAP Analytics.
• Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journey using the digital footprint and assessment and evaluation of best fit solution to clients and bringing in design thinking to create world class solutions.
• Engage and lead internal and external client conversations, leading design thinking workshops and presentations in key forums and management reviews.
• Lead and manage the process maturity assessment , benchmarking excersise– people, process, technology and shaping up an implementation roadmap using methodology, tools, practices.
• Lead transformation project identification and collaborate with Operations with respect to design and development of state-of-the-art tools, platforms & technologies supporting Operations clients in the F&A domain – AI/ML/RPA/cloud enabled applications and platforms with a primary focus on Procure To Pay (PTP), Record To Report (RTR), Order To Cash (OTC), and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing inhouse and 3rd party/partner solutions.
• Identify patterns and trends to form insights and provide actionable summaries using clear, insightful, and scalable visualizations.
• Provide commercial insight and finance operational expertise, drive the simplification and standardization of systems and processes.
• Work with the process architecture team and process owners to build and execute on a quarterly roadmap of projects, dashboards, digital automation, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• In depth understanding of the end-to-end F&A processes with exposure to two or more industry verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma, etc.).
• Experience in business finance functions like costing/pricing/inventory will be an advantage.
• Must be a postgraduate in Finance – MBA/M Com/CA /CPA/ 13+ years of work experience in relevant domain.
• Good Consulting skills, multi-tasking, Strong Presentation Skills.
• Pre-Sales & Delivery Exposure (end to end projects).
• Deep experience in all F&A domains, having functional and industry knowledge having worked in the capacity of business analyst, process consultant and project management roles.
• Any certification is desirable.
• Experience in product management, product engineering and IT lifecycle from design, development to operations is highly desirable, along with Agile / Scrum way of working.
• Experience in more strategic projects like operating model design, business cases, value architecting and realization is highly desirable.
• Any experience with data analysis, data analytics, visualization tools is an advantage.
• Any experience with digital programs and technologies is an advantage.
• Exposure to building offering, assets, point of views is highly desirable.
• Proficient in responding to BD, proposal, RFPs/RFI responses is highly desirable.
• Exposure to international clients and onsite experience is highly desirable.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, etc. preferably having implementation experience; understanding of other tools and technology in the RTR/FP&A space would be an advantage.

Pay

$127,900 - $173,100 a year
