Position in the PEO & HQ Project Support Division, Business & Financial Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Responsibilities
- Lead budget formulation and planning for complex programs, developing budget documentation, justification papers, and impact statements to support sensitive resource requirements.
- Manage the full financial lifecycle of assigned programs and projects, directing planning, resource justification, execution, reconciliation, and final financial closeout.
- Design new financial procedures and analytical controls where existing guidelines are inconsistent or non-existent, extending policies to fit unique operational circumstances.
- Exercise critical judgment under urgency and tight deadlines to balance regulatory constraints with shifting program priorities and deliver accurate, supportable products.
- Operate with broad administrative latitude, independently determining your technical approach and serving as the final authority on completed financial analyses.
Pay
Minimum salary: $85,447
Maximum salary: $158,322
