F-35 JPO Physical Security Specialist (PHYSEC)
About the role
The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) seeks a Physical Security Specialist to support the protection of F-35 technology and information. The role involves managing physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access and safeguard against various threats.
Responsibilities
- Support management of physical security measures, including active and passive controls
- Ensure visitor control support and secure facility construction support
- Protect personnel, equipment, installations, materials, and information from unauthorized access and threats
- Manage security operations and certification processes
Requirements
- Master’s degree and 10+ years experience in Physical Security or Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years experience
- Physical Security Certification (PSC) within one year of hire
- TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial and operational security
- Knowledge of physical access control systems and security management
- Ability to manage and implement security protocols
Skills
- Strong understanding of physical security principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in relevant software and tools

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. Salary is determined based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
