F-35 JPO Security Specialist - OPSEC
About the role
The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) seeks a Security Specialist-Operations to support the protection of F-35 technology and information. This role is part of a proposal effort with an anticipated award in late-2026.
Responsibilities
- Support and provide SME-level guidance for Operational Security (OPSEC)
- Identify and implement protection measures for Critical Program Information (CPI), Mission Critical Components (MCC), and Mission Critical Functions (MCF)
- Develop and implement an approved OPSEC Plan to protect JPO CPI, MCC, and MCF across the enterprise
Requirements
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 14 YOE within the Operational Security arena (OPSEC)
- Experience with the development and implementation of OPSEC plans
- T/SCI clearance eligibility
Qualifications
- Enterprise Security Operations, Operations Security, Operations Security (OPSEC) certifications
- 10 + years of related experience
- US Citizenship required

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
