F-16 Completion Supervisor
Basic Qualifications
- Experience operating within a DCMA Instruction 8210.1 and CGOP regulated organization
- 8+ years
- F-16 or equivalent tactical fighter aircraft flightline maintenance experience, background in USAF AFSC’s 2A3X3, 2A3X4, 2A6X6, 2W1X1, or sister service MOS equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
- Experience with flightline aircraft maintenance processes and safety procedures
- Experience leading multiple member teams of diverse aircraft maintainers to safely and efficiently complete maintenance tasks and flight test program objectives in compliance with established processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively interpret and utilize Technical Orders, Fault Isolation Manuals, Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematic Diagrams
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Description
We are Lockheed Martin. Provides direction to primarily hourly/non-exempt subordinates using established policies and precedents. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees. Ensures company, customer, engineering, and service guidance specifications/regulations are met. Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet mission goals. Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Provides direction of daily operations of a section and actively assists, or provides direction to, subordinates as required. Develops work assignments and assesses work performance. Sets priorities and job assignments, coordinates with FTCE’s for troubleshooting path on Avionic/Mechanical issues and regressions on Avionic systems. Work is reviewed for overall quality and efficiency.
Responsible for working any shift based on mission requirements. Works in a very upbeat cohesive team dynamic that balances experience with technical ability to achieve overall success of a program’s needs.
