EZGO Branch Operations Coordinator

About the role

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf‑care equipment, and ground support equipment. The company markets products under several brands, serving environments ranging from golf courses and factories to airports, planned communities, theme parks, and hunting preserves. This position provides product support within the company’s logistics and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and correct the ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance, including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, process stop‑payment requests, and manage special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in the inventory yard to address vehicle‑related problems.
• Assist mechanics when preparing vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Perform other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Ariba.
