Eyelash Extension Specialist

About the role
We are looking for dynamic and professional Eyelash Extension Service Technicians for our upscale location in the Nocatee Town Center (Ponte Vedra, FL). This is an ideal opportunity for experienced stylists who want to elevate their skills and earnings, as well as recent graduates interested in a growing industry. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations prior to service and record notes in client charts.
- Schedule procedures and perform daily applications of services with the highest level of quality and care.
- Guide clients through the experience to schedule follow-up "touch-up" appointments.
- Communicate and explain aftercare instructions to clients.
- Address client concerns during and after procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized procedure room/work station, including proper sanitization of all implements according to protocol.
- Manage inventory and report needs to the senior stylist.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon (common areas, laundry, trash, etc.).
- Promote the salon and services at events to help build the brand.
- Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent make-up procedures.
- Complete all required The Lash Lounge training.
- Assist with additional tasks and support team members as needed.
Requirements
- Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with the public.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable educating clients on products and services.
- Great work ethic, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to engage and retain customers, including up-selling products and services.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
- Team player who identifies additional tasks and assists others.
- Ongoing learner with a curiosity for self-improvement.

- Must pass a background check.
- Must complete blood pathogen and CPR training (provided).

Schedule
- Full-Time Opening: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Wednesday – Sunday).
- Full-Time Closing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Tuesday – Saturday).
- Part-Time: Friday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Part-Time: Monday – Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Open availability required for the first month of employment.
