About the role

You will lead the sales efforts for Audacy's portfolio of radio stations, podcasts, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for Audacy’s audio content offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the audio or digital media industry.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Passion for audio and digital media.
• Experience in podcasting and understanding of the podcast ecosystem.
• Knowledge of advertising and sponsorship models in the audio industry.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
