About the role

Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Supply Chain practice works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions and supply chain transformations.
Responsibilities
- Work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world
- Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures
- Help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improve performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions of the supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
- MBA is preferred
- Significant management consulting experience
- Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot

Pay
$250,000 to $290,000 base salary range in all geographic locations in the US.
Schedule
Flexible vacation policy and the ability to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
