Responsibilities

  • Work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world.
  • Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
  • Help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improve performance, and enhance resiliency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Significant management consulting experience.
  • Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Pay

$250,000 to $290,000 base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US.

Schedule

Flexible vacation policy, with the expectation that most people in external, client-serving roles will work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
