Responsibilities

• Evaluate capital options and capture greater transaction value.
• Support clients in evaluating and executing on strategic objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of company operations.
• Attend legal proceedings and engage in judicial management.
• Support liquidation processes and advise on corporate risk management issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience interacting with client c-suite and senior management teams.
• Experience in preparing detailed complex financial analyses.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Client-facing experience from a professional services background.
• Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting.

Pay

Base salary range: $205,000 to $235,000. Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $X to $X.
