Responsibilities

• Evaluate capital options and capture transaction value for clients.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews and 13-week cash flow models.
• Develop financial and operational strategies to improve liquidity, credit availability, and shareholder return.
• Work closely with senior clients, including c-suite and senior management teams.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships.
• Provide expert advice and support in areas such as corporate risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in professional services.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience in restructuring and corporate finance.
• Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience or 3 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in evaluating capital options and capturing transaction value.
• Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in business settings.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $205,000 to $235,000 in the US, with higher ranges in certain locations.
