Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
- Develop experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g., operational, and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking).
- Work with a project team comprising colleagues from across the EY-Parthenon sub service lines.
- Contribute to pursuit and proposal development, and support practice development initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts, prioritizing effectively on projects.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- MBA is preferred.
- Management consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- Expertise in a minimum of 2 of the following IT skillsets:
- IT strategy
- Enterprise architecture
- Digital Technology Strategy
- Digital IT operating model transformation
- IT cost reduction
- IT security
- IT shared services
- IT organization transformation
- ERP implementation
- Digital business enablement using digital technology enablers (i.e., advanced analytics, robotic process automation, virtual reality)
- Cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery
- Cloud IaaS migration planning and execution
- IT service management and TSA development
- IT finance management
- IT infrastructure management
- IT outsourcing / offshoring
- IT contract management
- IT Diligence
- IT synergy identification
- Data separation and transition
- Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.
- Previous experience in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
- Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
- Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
