Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g., operational, and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking).
• Work in a project team comprising colleagues from across the EY-Parthenon sub service lines.
• Contribute to pursuit and proposal development, and support practice development initiatives.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts, prioritizing effectively on projects.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers.

• IT outsourcing / offshoring
• IT contract management
• IT Diligence
• IT synergy identification
• Data separation and transition
• Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.
• Previous experience in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
• Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
• Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Pay

Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $205,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
