Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate-Consultant with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice, you will be a vital member of the team supporting and executing operational focused projects. You'll assist with the execution of projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Part of your role will also involve developing experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g., operational, and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking).

Your role will require a project management approach, a business and commercially driven mindset, and the ability to contribute to business development initiatives. You should possess excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights. You will also need to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

You should have solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. Expertise in a minimum of two of the following IT skillsets is required: IT strategy, enterprise architecture, digital technology strategy, digital IT operating model transformation, IT cost reduction, IT security, IT shared services, IT organization transformation, ERP implementation, digital business enablement using digital technology enablers (i.e., advanced analytics, robotic process automation, virtual reality), cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery, cloud IaaS migration planning and execution, IT service management and TSA development, IT finance management, IT infrastructure management, IT outsourcing/offshoring, IT contract management, IT Diligence, IT synergy identification, data separation and transition. Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire is also required.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

  • Experience with and demonstrated success in at least one key business process such as procurement to pay, record to report, order to cash, plan to make, hire to retire.
  • Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $205,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
