Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 8+ years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Significant M&A management consulting experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • An understanding of Private Equity dynamics and experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
  • Expertise in a minimum of 5 of the following IT skillsets: IT strategy, enterprise architecture, digital technology strategy, digital IT operating model transformation, IT cost reduction, IT security, IT shared services, IT organization transformation, ERP implementation, digital business enablement using digital technology enablers, cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy and delivery, cloud IaaS migration planning and execution, IT service management and TSA development, IT finance management, IT infrastructure management, IT outsourcing/offshoring, IT contract management, IT Diligence, IT synergy identification, data separation and transition.
  • A proven record of excellence in an IT mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
  • Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Established networking skills in a relevant industry.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. You will also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
