Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients.
- Identify and unlock value through improvements in corporate/BU strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial operating model, and optimization of commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing).
- Minimize customer disruption while maximizing stakeholder value through customer and revenue opportunities.
- Advisory and support key decision makers, influence and develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- Develop and support thought leadership and intellectual capital.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Significant transactions (buy and/or sell side) management consulting experience.
- Experience in corporate and/or BU strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategy, and evaluation of market landscape.
- Proven record of excellence in a transactions and/or commercial strategy role.
- Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. We offer a flexible vacation policy where you decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances.
