Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues.
- Develop work plans, design and conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions.
- Manage and direct the analytical efforts of junior team members at the Associate level daily.
- Work on a variety of client issues, such as developing growth strategies for organizations, performing due diligence on acquisition candidates, assessing attractiveness of potential targets, understanding new markets, turning around underperforming institutions, reducing operating costs, and implementing change.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function.
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience (ideally).
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
