About the role

As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Corporate Finance Business Valuation practice, you’ll spend your day‑to‑day working on commercial issues, collaborating with management on parts of the acquisition process, and regularly undertaking valuations for strategic priorities with a focus on intangible assets.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial issues related to acquisitions and divestitures.
• Collaborate with management during acquisition processes.
• Conduct valuations for strategic priorities, emphasizing intangible assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business and at least 5 years of related business valuation experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related work experience.
• Previous business valuation experience.
