Commercial Finance Director/AD (Chicago)

-Shape commercial narrative by translating client objectives and RFP's into clear commercial approaches-Build, package, and deliver commercial strategy for new business pitches-Participate in commercial proposals for multi-agency level new business pitches-Drive cross-functional alignment by leading/supporting global pitch coordination-Partner with agency finance teams to recommend staffing models, pricing logic, and value opportunities IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:-10+ years of commercial/operations/strategy experience-Advanced Microsoft Office skills required-Media/Creative agency experience preferred but not mandatory-Experience managing client and/or procurement relationships Desired Skills and Experience Global creative advertising network is looking to hire an Associate/Director of Commercial Finance This role will work closely with agency leadership across multiple brands, informing commercial decision-making and driving success The ideal candidate has worked in a strategic commercial capacity and has a proven record of problem solving and implementing workflow processes This is a role for a true 'deal maker' - someone who knows how to negotiate directly with clients and executives! This role will be based in Chicago, and is a hybrid setup (3x a week in office requirements)
