Commercial Finance Director/AD (Chicago)

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 10+ years of commercial/operations/strategy experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Media/Creative agency experience preferred but not mandatory
• Experience managing client and/or procurement relationships

Desired Skills and Experience

• Worked in a strategic commercial capacity
• Proven record of problem solving and implementing workflow processes
• Knowledge of negotiating directly with clients and executives

About the role

Shape commercial narrative by translating client objectives and RFP's into clear commercial approaches
Build, package, and deliver commercial strategy for new business pitches
Participate in commercial proposals for multi-agency level new business pitches
Drive cross-functional alignment by leading/supporting global pitch coordination
Partner with agency finance teams to recommend staffing models, pricing logic, and value opportunities
