Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion saw equipment to cut material according to production schedules and work orders
• Read customer orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine what needs to be moved or distributed
• Assemble and stage customer orders; place on pallets, shelves, or route to packing station
• Mark materials with accurate identifying information and retrieve items from receiving or production areas
• Sort and store materials by size, type, style, color, or product code
• Safely load and unload in restricted spaces
• Apply basic math skills — tape measure, calipers, decimals, fractions — to ensure accurate cuts
• Use feeler gauges to properly square blocks

Requirements

• 3-6 months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
• Forklift experience preferred; willingness to become certified required
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout a full shift
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. routinely; occasionally 50+ lbs.
• Ability to wear all required safety equipment

Pay

$18-$24/hr with overtime and bonuses available (safety/attendance, end-of-year, monthly gas)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM; OT and Saturdays as required
