Extrusion Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

About the role

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, seeks an Extrusion Machine Operator for their Pennsylvania recycling operation. This position operates on a second shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines to meet production quotas and quality standards.
• Setup and maintain extrusion machines according to specifications.
• Work efficiently and productively, multi-tasking as needed.
• Stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Develop and adhere to OSHA regulations and Triumvirate's health and safety practices.
• Participate in regular/daily cleaning of work area and tools.
• Complete on-the-job training as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate large precision shop machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Able to articulate problems and solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated, capable of managing stressful situations.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with team members.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Pay

The starting base pay range for this position is $19 USD per hour.
