What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment to mix, heat, and shape foam
• Ensure quality standards and troubleshoot issues
• Keep accurate records and collaborate with your team

• A high school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred but we'll train the right person!
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Strong attendance during scheduled work hours is crucial for success in this position!
