Responsibilities

• Learn basic operation of all extruders.
• Learn quality standards, monitor quality of finished product.
• Maintain communication channels with team members on duty.
• Log production, flake and pellet silo runtimes, scrap rate and processing conditions.
• Utilize data entry applications.
• Aid with troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize tablet-based applications.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong sense of work-area cleanliness.
• Attentiveness to detail.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
