About the role
This is an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician II position responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment, and tracking/ordering replacement parts.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
- Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments
- Repair and maintain mechanical machine components in top operating condition
- Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance tasks following instructions
- Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.
- Troubleshoot inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
- Assist in training Level I Technicians
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
- Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality
- Available for regular standby assignments, scheduled off-hours, and emergency overtime
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance
- Proficient in Word and Excel
