About the role

This is an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician II position responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, adjusting and repairing equipment, and tracking/ordering replacement parts.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
  • Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments
  • Repair and maintain mechanical machine components in top operating condition
  • Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance tasks following instructions
  • Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.
  • Troubleshoot inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
  • Assist in training Level I Technicians

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
  • Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality
  • Available for regular standby assignments, scheduled off-hours, and emergency overtime
  • Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
