Responsibilities
- Supporting manufacturing operations
- Adjusting and repairing equipment as needed
- Tracking usage of and ordering replacement parts
- Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment
- Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments
- Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition
- Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
- Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality
- Able to assist in Training Level I Technicians
- Able to be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime
- Proficient in Word and Excel

Pay
