Vinmar Recycling Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plastics Manufacturing Extruder Operator to join our team in Belmont, NC. As an Extruder Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of plastic products by setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring the extrusion process, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. If you are eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment and grow your skills in plastics production, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate extruder machines to produce plastic products according to specificationsMonitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as needed to ensure product qualityConduct regular inspections of machinery and materials to detect any issuesTroubleshoot equipment problems and perform routine maintenanceMaintain accurate production records and report any discrepanciesCollaborate with team members and other departments to meet production targetsAdhere to safety standards and company policies throughout the production process This position has a schedule of 4-10 hours shifts, Monday through Thursday.
