Schedule

NIGHT DAY ROTATING SHIFT HOURS 12am - 12pm (12 Hour Shift)

Pay

Pay Range USD $23.30 - USD $26.60 /H

Responsibilities

• Support safe and reliable material flow to production equipment by operating and troubleshooting material blending systems, maintaining material handling equipment and areas, monitoring regrind usage, and communicating production needs across shifts.
• Contribute to production continuity, housekeeping, safety, material control, and equipment reliability within the assigned area.
• Material Operations: Responsible for operating and troubleshooting all material blending systems.
• Material Operations: Responsible for monitoring regrind usage and make adjustments based on departmental goals.
• Material Operations: Responsible for maintaining material flow to all machines within your area of responsibility.
• Material Operations: Identify and properly label all materials put into gaylords for later use.
• Material Operations: Maintain material hoses; replacing when necessary.
• Material System Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning all material system filters, socks and canisters.
• Material System Maintenance: Clean silo access rooms.
• Material System Maintenance: Write work orders for items in need of repair.
• Housekeeping: Maintain housekeeping of all blender mezzanines, silo room, compressor area and back aisle up to the railroad tracks.
• Documentation & Communication: Complete all required paperwork.
• Documentation & Communication: Communicate with following shift and operators.
• Safety: Follow company safety procedures and policies.
• Safety: Perform company safety procedures and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work 30’ off the ground.
• Must have the ability to lift 75 lbs occasionally as job demands.

Qualifications

• Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Skills

• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the organization.
• Must have ability to work standing or walking, in a hot environment, for 12 hours with appropriate breaks.
