About the role

Le Tiger Club, a vibrant new space in the heart of Hossegor’s city center, blends specialty coffee, Asian street food, American pizzas, a sports bar, and immersive living areas. We’re looking for a motivated Commis Pizzaiolo to join our local, passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the pizza station
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, weighing, organizing)
• Prepare and serve pizzas during service
• Ensure daily setup and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the pizza station
• Follow the head pizzaiolo’s instructions
• Participate in dough production, learning the kneading and maturation process

Requirements

• Beginner accepted if highly motivated
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus
• Rigor and eagerness to learn
• Strong team spirit
• Service-oriented mindset
