Summary Of Duties

Responsible for disbursements, shipping, receiving, tracking and maintaining inventory, repair and return, and identification of parts and supplies.

Perform all clerical functions related to the performance of these duties.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Comply with Safety and Material Management policies.
• Answer Phones.
• Multitasking.
• Logging and reporting of all disbursements received through Material Control.

Work Experience

• Demonstrated experience using SAP.
• Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate material handling equipment and be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Must be capable of using OHSA forklift.
• Must complete DOT HAZMAT certification.

Communication And Interpersonal Skills

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
