About the role
The San Francisco Superior Court seeks current law students for semester-long externships with the Probate Department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Assist with cases involving trusts and estates, probate, probate guardianships and conservatorships, and related civil law matters
Requirements
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented
- An interest in trusts and estates, probate, probate guardianships and conservatorships, and related areas, as well as civil law and motion
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a law school
- Ability to commit to a full semester
