About the role

Kick-start your audiology career with practical experience, structured mentorship, and opportunities for growth. HearingLife operates over 600 hearing care centers across 42 states, providing a dynamic environment for learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on learning from day one, including comprehensive evaluations, patient engagement, and solution-oriented education, with potential exposure to pediatric and vestibular testing.
• Connect virtually with externs nationwide to build a supportive network, enhancing clinical skills and insights into office operations.
• Participate in monthly manufacturer-led workshops and one-on-one training sessions for continuous growth and individualized learning.
• Engage in community-driven initiatives and volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
• Utilize cutting-edge hearing technology from leading manufacturers, including computer-based audiometers, real ear verification, and test box measures.
• Perform daily tasks such as appointment documentation, hearing aid selection/fitting/follow-up, earmold impressions, and patient follow-up calls.
• Contribute to clinic and company meetings, and take on any tasks that support your learning and clinic operations.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an AuD (Doctor of Audiology) program.
