About the role

As an Exteriors team member, you will join the Exteriors department, installing trim for windows, doors, and accent features on the exterior of homes. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 70+ pounds continuously, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs for up to 4 hours daily. Attention to detail is essential to ensure each home meets our quality standards and delights customers.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior trim for windows, doors, and accent features
• Complete 4-6 floors per day
• Perform basic measuring tasks
• Assist internal and external departments with additional duties as assigned via the task stacker
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to enhance the home’s aesthetic appeal

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 70+ pounds continuously
• Ability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for up to 4 hours per day
• Basic measuring skills
• Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred

Pay

This is a level BRAVO role with a pay range up to $25.00 per hour. External candidates start at $23.00 per hour and may progress to BRAVO-level pay within the first 30 days based on performance during the introductory period.
