Exterior Trades Installer

Location: Twin Cities, MN & Surrounding Area (90 minute radius)

Responsibilities

• Roofing Installation:
  • Asphalt, metal, and flat roofing systems
  • Accurate measurement and cutting of roofing materials
  • Proper installation of underlayment and flashing
• Siding Installation:
  • Vinyl, fiber cement, and wood siding installations
  • Precise cutting and fitting of siding materials
  • Attention to detail in matching patterns and textures
• Window Installation:
  • Replacement and new construction window installations
  • Ensuring proper insulation and weatherproofing
  • Sealing and finishing for optimal energy efficiency
• Gutter Installation:
  • Seamless and sectional gutter installations
  • Proper alignment and slope for effective water drainage
  • Installation of gutter guards and accessories

Requirements

• Workers Compensation
• W-9
• Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota and in good standing
• Liability Insurance: $1,000,000/500,000 of coverage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, window, or gutter installations
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations
• Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment relevant to the trade
• Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
• Consistent track record of completing projects within established timelines
• Effective communication with project managers, team members, and clients
• Punctuality, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset
