• Complete assigned installation scopes according to project documents and manufacturer requirements.
• Protect customer property and maintain an orderly jobsite.
• Review job information before installation and promptly report discrepancies.
• Communicate progress, delays, material concerns, and completion status.
• Provide required project photos and completion documentation.
• Participate in final quality checks and correct legitimate workmanship concerns.
• Maintain professional conduct in customers' homes and neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience installing windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, or related exterior products.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Appropriate tools and equipment for accepted work.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong workmanship, communication, punctuality, and jobsite-cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow written scopes, measurements, and installation instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturer-certified installer credentials (Andersen, Marvin, ProVia, James Hardie, GAF, CertainTeed).
