You'll have hands-on experience installing replacement windows and doors, and you'll play a big part in making sure every job is done right and every customer is happy. What You'll Do Install windows and doors with precision and attention to detailMake sure every installation meets company standards and local building codesWork with the project management team to keep jobs on scheduleInspect completed work to make sure it meets or beats customer expectationsKeep job sites clean and safe at all timesGive customers a great experience and handle questions or concerns on-site What You Bring Proven experience installing windows and doorsStrong knowledge of installation techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailClear communication and a customer-first attitudeAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather, with or without reasonable accommodationValid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Pay: $42,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience and skill levelHealth Insurance401(k): Retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off: Up to 4 weeks of PTO per year, six paid holidays, and paid parental leavePerks: Annual trip to Mexico, our Prezi Bucks recognition program, and regular department outings Presidential Exteriors is an equal opportunity employer.
