Exterior Maintenance Technician

Duties And Responsibilities

• Give daily updates on tasks to keep open communication with management and office staff.
• Log sheets need completed daily and turned in every Friday.
• Update tasks daily in our system.
• Mow, edge, trim lawns.
• Apply seed and weed/chemical treatment.
• Snow removal/salt application.
• Cookordinate outside vendors for projects and monitor job progress.
• Perform preventative maintenance and tracking.
• Perform unit turn maintenance when a resident vacates.

Education, Experience And Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Landscape and maintenance experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions throughout the year: heat, cold, rain, snow, humid, etc.

Work Environment

• 40 hour week Monday-Friday.
• On call every other week.
