Exterior Design Consultant - Toledo

About the role

Window World seeks an Exterior Design Consultant to conduct consultative, in‑home sales of replacement windows, doors, siding and gutters using a proven 10‑step process. You will own the customer relationship, manage your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Pro‑Step Sales System: Meet & Greet, Needs Analysis, Demo Show (Fire & Ice and Heat Lamp demos), present a Triplicate of Choice, handle objections, and close the sale.
• Conduct second‑visit follow‑ups when needed to complete the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
• Represent the brand with integrity, emphasizing Made in the USA products and a no‑gimmick approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales or in‑home consultations.
• Integrity and preference for a transparent, consultative sales style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with commission‑based, independent‑contractor (1099) earnings.
• Strong communication skills: listening, building rapport, explaining technical benefits to homeowners.
• Familiarity with the Northeast Ohio region is a plus.

Pay

Uncapped earning potential; six‑figure income is achievable through commissions on windows, doors, siding and gutters. Pay is issued bi‑weekly.
