Exterior Design Consultant - Akron Canton

About the role

Are you a closer who values transparency, family, and ownership? Most sales companies are built on high-pressure "today-only" gimmicks and "rehash" systems where, if you don’t close on the first visit, the lead is taken from you and handed to a manager. At Window World, we do things differently. We are a family-oriented company that believes in professional, consultative sales. We don’t use gimmicks, and we don’t play games with your commissions. If a customer needs a second visit to decide, you go back out and finish what you started. We give you the autonomy, the training, and the 10-step proven process to build a career, not just a job.
