Responsibilities

• Follow our Pro-Step Sales System, a proven 10-step methodology that includes:
• Initial "Meet & Greet"
• Technical "Needs Analysis"
• Hands-on "Demo Show" (featuring our Fire & Ice and Heat Lamp demos)
• Presenting a Triplicate of Choice so the customer always wins
• Handling objections and closing the deal

Requirements

• The Drive to Close: A track record of success in outside sales or in-home consultations.
• Integrity: You prefer a "no-gimmick" approach and believe in the value of Made in the USA products.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a commission-based role as an independent business entity within the Window World umbrella where your effort directly determines your paycheck.
• Communication: You excel at listening, building rapport, and explaining technical benefits in a way that resonates with homeowners.
• Local Expertise: Familiarity with the Northeast Ohio region is a major plus.
